Summer AND Fall MENU – the Best of Both Worlds!

End of Summer Tomato Pie

Does this picture make your mouth water?  It SHOULD.  A bite of this End of Summer Tomato Pie is heaven on earth.  I have in my possession from Cane Creek Farm some of the richest, fruitiest heirloom tomatoes you have ever tasted.  I throw in a little southern magic, and a bite just might make you cry.  In a good way.  You can order it from our MENU this week along with our Creamy Goat Cheese & Pistachio Risotto (see picture below!) which you can enjoy with Shrimp if you’d like.  I also got my hands on some oxtail, so I thought with the weather turning a bit next week I’d throw some stew on the menu!  In case you’re wondering…Oxtail Stew is not really the tail of an ox. 🙂 But it IS densely loaded with iron and other nutrients to build up your immune system. And don’t forget it’s only me touching the food so it’ll be handed to you in pristine condition and you can enjoy worry free.
