Summer AND Fall MENU – the Best of Both Worlds!

Does this picture make your mouth water?  It SHOULD.  Fresh Coho and Sockeye (as well as trout) are available and I’m taking ADVANTAGE. This picture is of our Citrus Salmon Sliders, a HUGE hit at every event from baby showers to corporate launches.  Salmon a’la Lula is on the menu but it occurs to me after all these years I don’t have a picture!  I’ll be sure to take one this week.  Look on our MENU to get the flavor profile of the salmon along with our amazing Homemade Merguez Sausage Stew with Mint and Pistachio Pistou, my spin on some north African flavors (see picture below – think lentils, apricots, root vegetables, cumin, turmeric).  This sausage is homemade so no preservatives, nitrates, nitrites – no fogginess, no headache, just healthy deliciousness.   And don’t forget it’s only me touching the food so it’ll be handed to you in pristine condition and you can enjoy worry free.
