Christmas Morning Casserole is the best way to wake up during the holidays and get ready for a day of merrymaking.
• 7 eggs • 1/4 cup milk • 1 (16-ounce) package refrigerated flaky biscuit dough, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded • 4 green onions, chopped • 6-8 slices bacon, cooked, drained on paper towels, and cut into 1-inch pieces
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs and milk.
Add in the biscuit pieces, cheddar cheese, onions, and bacon, gently folding them into the egg mixture until everything is evenly coated.
Pour everything into the prepared casserole dish and bake until the eggs are firmly set and the biscuits are puffy and golden brown, about 25-minutes.
